RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Dress Up Spring will make every effort to offer defect-free items to purchasers. Dress Up Spring is capable of exchanging sizes of the same product.
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with no visible damage, stains, or fragrances. The product's tag should be intact. You must self-mail the received products to us, and once they pass our quality control, we will ship your new order. Please tell us within seven days of receiving your outfit.
Custom-made orders can only be amended, not exchanged.
Any item purchased from our website is not returnable unless the product is damaged or has manufacturing faults.
